Hi, I am Hobbit.
I was found on the streets in Darabani, Romania near the Ukraine border a tiny puppy facing a big, uncertain world all alone. Thankfully, I was rescued and brought to safety at The Dog Rose Shelter, where I can now grow up protected, warm and loved.
