Hi, I am Pomelo.
I am a little girl, and my life began in a public shelter.
I was born in a place where no tiny puppy should have to spend her first weeks of life. Instead of growing up in a warm family home, my first experiences were behind shelter walls. Thankfully, a German animal rescue association stepped in and gave us a chance for a brighter future. At the end of the month, they will take us to safety, where a new chapter of our lives can begin.

I am still just a little puppy, with my whole life ahead of me. There are so many things I have yet to discover, from the simple joys of playing and exploring to the wonderful feeling of being part of a loving family. I am at the beginning of my journey, and I deserve the chance to grow up surrounded by kindness, patience and care. I am Pomelo, a little girl who was born in a public shelter but now has the opportunity for a very different future. I did not get to choose where my life began, but thanks to the people who rescued us, my story can continue somewhere much brighter. At the end of the month, my journey towards that new beginning will start.
