PIPA

Pipa – the dog that came from the cold We found Pipa in a plastic bag hanging from our fence. Someone had simply hung her there outside our shelter. She was so cold and frozen she was not even moving or shivering anymore. At home we tried to defreeze her by wrapping her in a warm winter coat for the night and later she was eating rice with chicken liver with a great appetite! She was really enjoying this. After sleeping some more to recover from this ordeal her curiosity took over and she did a thorough inspection of the whole apartment and started playing with our feet. Pipa is very friendly, not shy at all and full of energy. She has no fear of dogs or people and is in fact very courageous and intelligent. She learned the command “sit!” in a matter of minutes and of course the location of the fridge…
