Capper came to our shelter together with his brother Cap. We were found near a parking lot not far from the shelter. It was quiet clear that we have been abandoned by someone.

Hello I am Capper. I love to have a good run with the other dogs on the playground. I am a playfully chap. I enjoy visitors and love the pets I get.
