My Story
Hi, I am Esperanza.
I was found on the streets, gently asking people for food… doing my best to survive and hoping someone would notice me. And someone did. I was brought to safety at The Dog Rose Shelter, where I could finally rest and feel cared for.
ABOUT ME
I am around 7–8 years old, a medium-small girl (13 kg, 43 cm tall) with a wise and loving soul. I am very sweet, gentle and a little talkative—I like to “chat” with my humans in my own way. I get along well with cats, dogs and kids, but at this stage of my life, I prefer calm moments and human companionship over busy play with other dogs. I enjoy having my own space and peaceful surroundings. My confidence is 9/10, and my energy is nicely balanced, perfect for a quiet, loving home. I am spayed, vaccinated, and ready to travel at the end of May. All I wish for now is a soft place to rest, kind hands to pet me, and a heart that will choose me for the rest of my days 🤍🐶
