Hi I am Tiberius. I am the brother of Phoenix, and we were brought to us by a local animal rights activist.
I am a small boy with a big heart - and I am quite brave. I love other dogs, and I also connect with people, once I get to know them. I like to know a person before I decide to really trust him or her.
